Directions

Diffusion: 5-10 drops, allow 10 minutes, replenish as required.
Perfume/Inhalation: add a few drops to your collar or pillow.
Pulse Points: smudge onto wrists and back of neck (for sensitive skin dilute as for massage).
Bath: 5-10 drops mixed into bath water.
Massage: Mix 4 drops to 1 teaspoon from the Pure Unscented Range: Body Oil, Body Cream, Body Lotion (organic).
